Riverside Airbnb Hot Tub Relocation – London, ON to Forest, ON

Service: Hot tub moving, delivery and final placement.

Our team moved this hot tub from London, Ontario to a cottage Airbnb in Forest, Ontario near Sarnia. The hot tub needed to be placed at the back of the property on a deck right next to the river.

The Challenge

The final location had tight deck access and required careful control. The tub had to be moved across the deck structure and lowered onto the prepared pad without damaging the hot tub, the deck, or the surrounding property.

Our Process

We used wooden pieces to create a controlled movement path, carefully slid the hot tub into position, and lowered it safely onto the pad for the customer’s Airbnb setup.

The Result

The hot tub was delivered, positioned and lowered safely into place beside the river, ready for final hookup.

Hot Tub Extraction & Return to Store – Stratford, ON

Service: Hot tub removal and transport for repair return.

The customer needed this hot tub removed from their backyard in Stratford, Ontario and returned to the store for repairs. The challenge was that there was no usable space along the side of the property to roll or carry the tub out normally.

The Challenge

The hot tub was surrounded by landscaping, a raised stone wall, hedges, and a deck area. Because the side access was blocked, the spa had to be carefully lifted over the stone wall and moved across the deck route to bring it outside safely.

Our Process

Our crew assessed the access, protected the surrounding area, coordinated the lift, and carefully moved the hot tub over the stone wall and deck without damaging the tub, stonework, deck, or landscaping.

The Result

The hot tub was removed safely and prepared for transport back to the retailer for the required repairs.

New Hot Tub Delivery Through Narrow Side Gate – KWC Area

Service: New hot tub delivery and backyard placement.

The customer purchased a new hot tub in the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge area, but the delivery company was only able to leave it outside. The side gate and fence opening were too narrow for a standard delivery path.

The Challenge

The hot tub had to be moved through a tight side-yard route with limited clearance between the fence and landscaping. A normal flat carry was not possible because the gate opening was too small.

Our Process

Our crew carefully protected the tub, placed it sideways on a specialty hot tub dolly, secured it with straps, and guided it through the narrow access route into the backyard.

The Result

The hot tub was delivered safely into the customer’s backyard without damage to the tub, fence, gate, or landscaping.

Hot Tub Relocation During Full Household Move – Port Elgin, ON to London, ON

Service: Full-service residential move and hot tub transportation.

This project involved relocating an entire household from Port Elgin, Ontario to London, Ontario, including a large hot tub. Since our main moving truck was fully loaded with the customer's household belongings, the hot tub required its own transportation solution.

The Challenge

The customer wanted both the house contents and the hot tub moved on the same day. Because the moving truck was carrying all furniture and household items, we needed a safe way to transport the spa separately while keeping everything coordinated.

Our Process

Our crew first disconnected the hot tub and prepared it for transport. We then brought a dedicated flatbed trailer specifically for the spa. The hot tub was carefully loaded, wrapped, secured with heavy-duty straps, and transported separately from the household contents.

The Result

The customer's complete move was finished successfully. The household contents arrived safely in London in our main truck while the hot tub was transported securely on the flatbed trailer and delivered without damage.

Emergency Hot Tub Relocation During Winter Storm – London, ON

This project took place during a winter snowstorm in London, Ontario. The customer needed the hot tub removed urgently and could not wait for better weather conditions.

The Challenge

Heavy snowfall, icy surfaces, freezing temperatures, and poor weather conditions created additional challenges. The move had to be completed safely while protecting both the hot tub and our crew.

Our Process

We performed a full safety assessment, prepared the route, and used proper protective equipment throughout the move. The hot tub was carefully wrapped, secured, and transported using specialty moving equipment while maintaining safe operating procedures in winter conditions.

The Result

The hot tub was successfully removed and relocated despite the storm. The emergency move was completed safely, with no damage to the spa, surrounding property, or equipment.
