Do you remove baby grand pianos?
Yes. Depending on the route, a baby grand may be prepared by removing its legs and pedal assembly, protecting the cabinet and securing the body to a suitable piano board for controlled handling.
Can an old piano be donated instead of disposed of?
Sometimes, if a recipient has agreed to accept it and the piano is in suitable condition. Donation acceptance must normally be arranged by the owner before pickup. We can then quote the transportation and handling.
Will you cut or break the piano apart inside my home?
We choose the safest appropriate method for the piano and access. Controlled component removal may be used when necessary, but the exact plan is based on the instrument, condition and exit route.
