Standard slate pool tables
Professional disassembly and haul-away for common residential 7-foot, 8-foot and 9-foot tables, including safe handling of individual slate pieces.
London pool table removal specialists
Basement, narrow doorway or tight staircase? No problem. We carefully disassemble the table first, remove the slate and frame in controlled sections, and haul everything away.
Removal without the damage
A slate pool table should never be tipped onto its side and forced through the house. The cabinet may weigh hundreds of pounds, while each slate section is heavy, brittle and difficult to control.
Our crew removes the pockets, rails, cloth, slate, frame and legs in the correct sequence. Smaller components can then be carried through narrow halls, corners and basement stairs with far better control.
Professional disassembly and haul-away for common residential 7-foot, 8-foot and 9-foot tables, including safe handling of individual slate pieces.
By separating the table into manageable components, we can work through many narrow doors, tight turns, stairs and low-clearance routes.
Oversized, antique, one-piece-slate and snooker tables require a custom plan based on size, slate count, weight and access.
Coin-op tables are often built as heavier cabinets and may use a one-piece slate. We assess and price these separately rather than treating them like a standard home table.

Repairable or ready to go?
Not every unwanted table belongs at a disposal facility. If a table is complete, usable and in good condition, we may occasionally be able to remove it at no charge.
This is assessed case by case after photo review. Brand, condition, size, construction, completeness, current demand and the difficulty of access all matter. Free pickup is not guaranteed, but it is worth asking before paying for disposal.
Our disassembly process
The removal route becomes much safer once the table is broken down in the correct order by a crew that understands slate construction.

We confirm construction, clear the work area and protect the floor and nearby property where needed.

Pockets, rails and felt are removed to expose the slate fasteners and seams underneath.

Each slate is released and handled as a separate heavy component with controlled lifting.

Frame, cabinet and legs are separated as appropriate so the pieces fit through the removal route.

Components are removed from the property, loaded into our truck and hauled to the agreed destination.
